In registering your WOO card you are granting the Worcester Cultural Coalition permission to issue periodic e-mail promotions to you. Your WOO card email info may also be periodically shared with the Colleges of Worcester Consortium as well as individual venues/organizations patronized. Participating venues and organizations have agreed to utilize such info only for the purpose of additional events marketing. Fundraising solicitation will not be permitted, nor will the Cultural Coalition share your information with any other third party.
The Cultural Coalition reserves the right to decline events/promotions offered for inclusion in the WOO card program. Participation limited only to Cultural Coalition members in good standing. Certain WOO card specials have limited availability. WOO card events subject to change without notice.
WOO card must be presented in order to earn points. Points cannot be issued retroactively, cannot be transferred between cards, are non-transferable and are not redeemable for cash. If the program is experiencing technical difficulties, points will continue to accrue and will be applied once the difficulty is rectified. The Worcester Cultural Coalition and other participating venues/organizations reserve the right to discontinue membership privileges and void point balances if unauthorized points are earned or redeemed.
